Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE. If received the damaged item during delivery / received wrong item, Please do inform with immediately with your unbox video.
( Please take a unbox video when received your product)
Procedure to return the parcel
1. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition
2. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received.
3. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
4. SSMART will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and verified the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5-7 working days after the confirmation.

DELIVERY POLICY
1. Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily.
Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.
Delivery Fees:
● Minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8 for purchase of goods below 1kg (additional RM4 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
● Minimum delivery fee within East Malaysia will be RM15 for purchase of goods below 1kg (additional RM10 for every subsequent 1kg of purchase).
● Self Collection in our warehouse is acceptable. ( Locate at Menara Amoda Kuala Lumpur)
2. In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend for self-collection at the designation deporting branch of our delivery partner to avoid effects on the product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more info.
We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.
3. Actual product may differ from the photos published on all SSMART marketing channels. Each product is unique and will not have identical appearance or texture. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

商品鉴赏期
除了质量缺陷外，所有售出的产品均不予退货和退款。
如果您的订单在运输过程中损坏或错误的物品，请在收到包裹后 24 小时内通知我们，并提供「姓名」、「订单编号」、「连络电话」、「开箱影片」等资料，客服人员收到后将会协助您进行退换货。（当您收到产品时，请拍开箱影片以作证明）。

退货和退款政策
退回包裹的程序
1.退回的商品/产品将与收据一起检查，商品应处于良好状态。
2.包裹也应在收到时在原始运输过程中保持原始状态。
3. 如果商品已被客户使用或损坏，将不予退款。
4. 如果您的货件在退货途中丢失，SSMART也不承担任何责任。
一旦我们检查并确认商品/产品，客户将在确认后的 5-7 个工作日内收到退款。

送货政策 DELIVERY POLICY
订单处理：
● 于SSMART官方网上商店完成之订单将于24小时内进行审核，并于确认你的订单后3至5个工作天发货
● 所有订单将在工作日 (周一至周五) 处理。例如是在周末或公众假期下订单，将在下一个工作天处理
● 我们不能保证网站上产品说明、产品图像、价格、推广、存货、成分或其他信息或内容的准确性。在订单发货之前。我们保留修改或更新网站资料，或因不准确或遗漏资料而取消订单之权利。在订单进入发货流程之前，我们不会从您的信用卡中扣除款项。如果我们从您的信用卡中扣款后取消订单，我们将把您已支付的款项全数退回您账户。任何不符合我们条款和条件的订单，SSMART保留取消订单的权利
